Trainee Program

MSA develops the junior program together with the client.
We define parameters in order to attract trainees. We plan advertising and evaluation, which includes virtual and on-location tests, group dynamics, interviews by competencies, and an online candidate/contracting company system that provides real-time precise reports that streamline the project's management.
